INGREDIENTS:

• 5 frozen bananas

• 1 tsp vanilla extract 

• 1/4 cup plant based milk or water 

• 2 Oatmeal Date Cookies

• In a high speed blender or food processor, blend the frozen bananas, vanilla extract and plant milk until smooth and creamy.
• Stir in 1 oatmeal date cookie and top with another (or two). 😍
• Place into coconut bowls and enjoy! Serves 2.
