In a high speed blender or food processor, blend:

Ingredients:

• 5 frozen bananas (peeled, chopped, & frozen overnight)

• 1/3 cup frozen raspberries

• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

• 1-2 Tbs @unicornsuperfoods antioxidant blend (optional)

• 1/4 cup water or plant milk of choice
